Kay's Salsa

This is Shanon's mother-in-law's recipe. It is amazing. Here is one of my favorite stories about this salsa. Shanon's husband had brought it to our house when my husband had his annual Sun Devil Extravaganza (100+ men go to the ASU vs. UofA football game). The men always meet at our house first for good grub before they head to the game. Well, when the men were chowing down on this salsa, the container fell to the floor and the salsa spilled everywhere. A few of the men continued to get tortilla chips and dip it in the salsa OFF OF THE FLOOR!!!! Can you believe it?!? Now, THAT is a good recipe for salsa!
