INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
DIRECTIONS: In a blender, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and butter. Spray a small frying pan with Pam and pour in about 1/2 cup of batter, enough to cover the bottom. Flip over so you can cook both sides. Add whatever you'd like! We like to add chocolate pudding and bananas or we've done strawberries with whip cream. The sky's the limit!
