Roast Beef Dip Sandwiches

Roast Beef Dip Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:

- a dozen rolls (we like Bolillo from the grocery store bakery)

- 2 lbs. boneless chuck roast

- 2 cups water

- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 tsp. rosemary

- 1 tsp. thyme

- 1 tsp. black pepper

- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic


DIRECTIONS:
Place the roast in a crock pot. Stir the rest of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture over the roast. Cook on high for 8 hours. Beef will fall apart and be very tender. We like to use provolone and mayonnaise on the rolls and dip it in the liquid from that crockpot.
