Cyndee's Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup butter

- 3/4 cup sugar

- 2 packets yeast

- 1/2 cup lukewarm water

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp. baking soda

- 1 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS: Combine butter, sugar and buttermilk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs to lukewarm buttermilk mix; then add yeast mixture. Sift dry ingredients into the buttermilk mix, and keep adding flour until ready to knead. Knead for 5 minutes. Put dough in a greased mixing bowl and cover with dampened cloth. Let rise for an hour. Punch down and shape into rolls. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
